Vivo India has started rolling out Vivo V11 Pro Android 9 Pie update in India with the vivo rev 6.10.0 version. The update comes with Android 9.0 Pie based on Funtouch OS and weighs around 3.11GB. The new version of this update brings some of the system improvements, bug fixes, and Android Pie.
That means you can enjoy a whole new UI experience with stunning visual effects. There are so many system performances and the shortcut centre has been implemented and merged into this UI.
With the latest Android 9.0 Pie UI, users will be able to use the swipe gesture navigation, Digital Wellbeing, Recent UI, etc. The Pie update also brings new DND (Do Not Disturb) mode, Wind Down mode, redesigned notifications and quick settings toggle, new volume slider controls, new power menu, etc.
It’s worth mentioning that Vivo also includes new Dark Mode on Funtouch OS just like the One UI and MIUI 11 interface. However, MIUI 11 isn’t released for the Xioami devices globally. But the concept is the same. The new do not disturb mode also features Game Box option. It improves gaming performance, internet connectivity, and prevents unintentional notifications while playing.

Vivo V11 Pro Specifications Overview
Vivo V11 Pro comes with a 6.41-inch Full HD+ Halo FullView display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It’s powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The handset runs on Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box and now receiving Pie update. It’s packed with a 3,400 mAh battery with dual-engine fast charging support of 9V-2A.
TheV11 Pro sports a dual rear cameras with a 12MP primary sensor (f/2.0) and a secondary 5MP of depth sensor camera (f/2.4) with an LED flash. While the front features a 25MP selfie shooter (f/2.0) with AI Portrait, HDR, Face Detection AutoFocus. Both the cameras support AI Scene Detection and AI Portrait mode with AR stickers and AI Face Beauty.

Additionally, Vivo has officially revealed the Android 9 Pie-based Funtouch OS 9 will be rolling out soon to its 13 smartphones. The best part is that most of the devices have been launched back in 2018 and will soon get the Pie OTA update.
According to a report covered by IT Home, Vivo is currently testing FunTouch OS 9 Beta build on Vivo X21i, Vivo Z1, Vivo Z1i, Vivo X23 and X23 Symphony Edition smartphones. This will help to release a better and stable Android Pie UI for the Vivo devices.
